We have provided over $175 million in business loans to small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) across a broad variety of industries. Most of our funding is directed towards the referrals that come from our large network of bankers, commercial brokers, and trusted business advisers.
Small-Medium Size Businesses
We work with small – medium size businesses in all industries. The vast majority of SMB’s are focused on running their businesses and don't have the time, energy or resources to navigate the world of funding. We start with a consultative approach to ensure we understand their business operations, financial situation, and capital needs. We work with them to identify the most beneficial vehicle to support their needs. Finally, we select the most appropriate capital source(s), present the opportunity, negotiate pricing, and secure funding.
Banks & Credit Unions
We partner with banks and credit unions of all sizes and in all geographies. Banks offer our services when they are unable to fund a client, or when they have workout and exit situations to address. This referral approach helps bankers retain profitable deposit relationships while building goodwill with customers by still providing those clients with funding solutions. In addition, our industry-leading Revenue Sharing Program allows banks to boost their bottom line while avoiding any of the risks from funding the loan themselves.
Business Loan Brokers
We partner with commercial brokers nationwide to provide their clients with access to capital when they are unable to secure traditional financing. Our industry knowledge, tailored approach, and a proven process for closing more deals more quickly. Our win-win approach to relationships includes an industry-leading “50/50 fee split”. This ensures that clients receive the most appropriate type of financing, while brokers receive very fair compensation for their efforts. Everybody wins.
Advisers | CPAs | Attorneys | Consultants
Trusted business advisers - including CPAs, attorneys, and business consultants - partner with us when they have clients in need of non-traditional sources of capital. These partnerships emerge from our deep relationships, absolute integrity, and our ability to secure the appropriate funding their clients need. In addition, our industry-leading Revenue Share Program provides advisers with non-interest fee income opportunities to compensate their efforts.
